LeMall @5 - Riyadh

Situated north of Riyadh, on the northern ring road intersection with King Abdul Aziz road, exit 5.

It consists of two floors, and divided into a hyper market with a total area of 11,000 square meters, a kids’ zone with a total area of 5,000 square meters and restaurant area with a total area of 4,000 square meters, and retail shops on an area of 15,400 square meters.

This location has been selected by Carrefour, the French company, according to several criteria, most important of which is the floor space available for the project, the population density in the neighboring areas, the general income level, in addition to the analysis of consumers tastes and desires.

Architecture design is a crucial and constant element for the success of shopping malls, especially when shops layout and minimizing weakness areas are taken into consideration.

For the Le Mall project, simplicity and ease of design were adopted.

Central Park Mall (CPM) is the central element of Central Park development project, occupying an area of 131,280 square meters which makes it an ultimate in shopping and entertainment experience and one of the largest shopping malls in KSA. 

The mall will have a blend of sophisticated retail and leisure facilities. Global and regional retailers will bring their brands into a uniquely designed triangular mall, which is expected to transform shopping and leisure expectations in both Jeddah and the KSA. 

The Mall will feature the following:
  • 13,500 sq.m. ‘Geant’ Hypermarket.
  • S.R. 130 million entertainment concept, stretching over 15,000 sq.m. This will be the first of its kind in KSA and perhaps even the Gulf and will be the largest closed entertainment park in the Kingdom. The entertainment concept is being designed by world recognized, ‘Concept I’ and will be operated by a subsidiary company of INMAIA . The entertainment is connected to the food court area which will house a wide spectrum of cuisines to suit all tastes. The food court will overlook the entertainment area below via a series of balconies, so that diners feel part of the entertainment experience. 
  • Over 350 tenants, featuring an array of international and local brands.
  • Department Stores to include a two storey Debenhams of 6,000 sq.m, a two storey Marks and Spencer of  4,800 sq.m, together with a  14,600 sq.m City Plaza Store at first floor level, in addition to H&M and GAP for the first time in the Kingdom.
  • Parking for over 5,000 cars. 
  • Food court of over 10,000 sq.m. 
  • A multitude of services.
Central Park Mall is focused around ease of access, both for traffic including roads and parking, and pedestrian in terms of three main entrances to the centre.
